Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

For returns received after this period, we reserve the right to withhold a compensation fee for loss of value of up to 100% of the purchase price.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the trader;

for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within approximately 14 business days.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
